Help your skin rebuild itself. Microneedling in McKinney

Ask your own skin to make new collagen, with PRP or exosomes for a stronger repair signal.

Microneedling in McKinney is for texture that topicals haven’t moved, acne scars that still catch the light, and skin that looks more tired than you feel.

How it works

Controlled micro-channels trigger the skin’s own repair. New collagen, elastin and tiny blood vessels follow over the coming weeks. A series, not a single pass, is how texture and scars actually change.

PRP: your own repair signal

Platelet-rich plasma is prepared in the clinic from a small blood draw and applied right after needling, so the open channels carry it deeper. Fully your own, with no donor tissue.

Exosomes: a standardized signal

Exosomes are tiny vesicles cells use to send messages to their neighbors. Evoke 5 uses preparations from screened, consented human birth tissue, processed by an accredited, FDA-registered tissue bank. Early studies, mostly small, report short-term gains in fine lines, pores and hydration. Follow-up is still short, and you’ll hear that plainly.

The skin has to be able to answer

Patients who protect their sleep, protein and sun exposure do best. Microneedling isn’t the first move on a stinging, broken barrier, and UV light undoes new collagen quickly. Most patients start with three sessions about a month apart.

Questions

PRP or exosomes, which is better?

Different tools. PRP comes from your own blood the day of treatment and has the longest track record. Exosome preparations come from screened human birth tissue, so they don't depend on your platelets that morning. Many plans alternate them.

What is recovery like?

Redness for one to three days. Use bland barrier care and skip retinoids and unprotected sun until the skin has closed.

Who should wait?

Active infection, a very low platelet count, recent isotretinoin, pregnancy, a tendency to keloid, or a sun-heavy week ahead.

Important: PRP and exosome-assisted treatments are elective procedures. No exosome product is FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Microneedling commonly causes temporary redness and, rarely, infection or pigment change if aftercare is skipped. Results vary, and a consultation is required.
