A year of testing, treatment and measurable progress, in the right order. The Optimal Patient Journey

Collect rich data first, build foundations, and retest so progress is proven, not assumed.

More data. Better decisions.

Conventional care waits for a diagnosis code before ordering advanced tests, so years of quiet inflammation and metabolic drift go unmeasured. Almost every other high-performance field obsesses over data. Medicine deserves the same rigor.

“The more data points we have, the better decisions we can make.”

Four milestones across a year

  1. Day 1

    The foundation of everything

An extensive history, a physical exam and the most complete baseline data possible, so problems are found early, when acting is most effective. Full results take about four weeks.

  2. Day 30

    Building cellular resilience

A deep-dive review launches your plan: methylation support, nutrient repletion, hormone balance and the Dr. Cas Daily Routine. Aggressive detox is deliberately held back. Many patients notice better energy, sleep and clarity within weeks.

  3. Day 120

    Gut restoration & detoxification

Core labs are repeated. Only then does gut and detox work begin, which can last up to six months, supported by IV nutrients, sauna and wearables like glucose and sleep trackers.

  4. Day 300

    Objective progress & refinement

Core labs, oxidative stress and toxin burden are retested before a full progress review. You celebrate the wins, find what’s left, and refine your long-term plan.

Why it works

  • True personalization.Decisions come from your genetics, biochemistry, toxin load and imaging, not population averages.
  • Early intervention.Comprehensive testing can catch risk and dysfunction years before a conventional diagnosis.
  • Objective tracking. You and your doctor can both see what’s improving, which makes it much easier to stay on track.
  • Partnership. Many patients describe it as finally having a user manual for their own body.
