All questionsDo you take insurance?
No. Memberships and specialty labs are cash-pay, at published prices, so there’s no waiting on a diagnosis code. HSA and FSA funds may be used for eligible services. Check with your plan administrator.
How much does it cost?
Memberships start at $129.99 a month (Evoke Well). Evoke Optimize is $229.99 a month, and Evoke VIP is launching soon at $2,500 a month. A single new-patient visit is $350, and every à la carte price is on the memberships page.
Can Dr. Cas be my primary care doctor?
Yes. Members get a yearly exam, sick visits throughout the year, and a care team that already knows their history. Dr. Cas can also coordinate with the specialists you already see.
What happens at the first visit?
A 60-minute comprehensive visit (120 minutes for VIP). Dr. Cas reviews your history and goals, examines you and orders your labs. Results take about four weeks, then you go over every number together and build your plan.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Consults, lab reviews and many follow-ups work by video. Exams, injections, IVs and procedures happen in the McKinney clinic.
